What is a "STOP" on my pawn?"A STOP is issued when a Pledgor (the person who pawned) requests a STOP to prevent third-parties from claiming items under Pledgor's name should third-parties obtain the Pledgor's pawn tickets. Once a STOP is in place, pawn tickets become void and cannot be reversed. In order to renew or redeem pawned items that have been stopped, Pledgor must then claim items with an unexpired, government-issued photo ID plus any payments that are due. Any items placed under a STOP is subject to an additional $5.00 affidavit fee.

Can I make a payment on my pawn using a debit or credit card? All in-store pawn (loan) payments MUST be made in CASH ONLY. How do I use your jewelry cleaner? The Gentle Jewelry Cleaner is formulated to clean various metals and/with gemstones. Just drop your jewelry in for about two minutes. You may use a soft brush to clean around stone settings gently. Afterwards, take it out of the cleaner and rinse with clean water. Got stringed pearls? Don't submerge your strands in the cleaner! We highly suggest the wipe method instead: Dampen a soft cloth with the gentle jewelry cleaner. Wipe your pearls with the dampened cloth. Afterwards, dampen another clean cloth with fresh water and wipe your pearls to remove the cleaner. The Silver Jewelry Cleaner is formulated to clean silver jewelry only. Just drop your jewelry in for a minute, take out of the cleaner, and rinse with clean water. Repeat as necessary. Our Silver Cleaner is a more gentle type of cleaner compared to other silver cleaners, so if your silver jewelry is heavily tarnished, try leaving in the cleaner a little bit longer. If your silver jewelry contains gemstones, we recommend using the Gentle Jewelry Cleaner instead. We highly recommend following up with a polishing cloth. Never leave your jewelry in the cleaners overnight.
-
How do I use your polishing cloths?Use the inner part (white cloth) to remove tarnish and discoloration. Follow up with the outer part (beige cloth) to bring out the shine! It's normal for the cloth to darken and get "dirty". The cloth is treated with a special compound that helps bring out the shine in your jewelry. Never wash the cloth.
