Do you fix jewelry?

We send out all our gold jewelry repairs out to a bench jeweler we trust. We unfortunately do not do repairs on the premises.

Can you adjust the size of my watch?

Only if we have the correct tools and equipment!

Do you replace watch batteries?

Accepted Answer

Yes, providing we have the correct batteries and tools to open your watch. Watch battery replacement is normally done in our store, but there are some watches that have batteries we may not carry. Special order or outsourcing the repair may be required.  Ask for details.

Question 4

My watch band broke. Can you replace that?

We carry leather bands of various sizes. We also replace, add or remove watch pins depending on size.  Watch band replacement is normally done in our store, but there are some watches that have bands or parts for the band we may not carry. Special order or outsourcing the repair may be required.  Ask for details.
